RPM International Inc. reported double-digit gains in sales, net income and earnings per diluted share for its fiscal 2011 fourth quarter ended May 31, 2011, compared to fourth-quarter 2010 pro-forma results.
Clariant announced sales of CHF 1.870 billion in the second quarter 2011, compared to CHF 1.894 billion in the previous year. This includes Süd-Chemie sales of CHF 216 million for May and June.
Croda Inc., the North American corporate office of Croda International Plc., announced a new 305 kilowatt solar energy system.
