Atlas Weathering Services Group, a division of the U.S.-based Atlas Material Testing Technology, has opened its new facility at Uttermerur, 70 km (44 miles) from Chennai.

business, has prepared a merger plan in which Tikkurila Paints Oy and Tikkurila
Coatings Oy will merge into their parent company, Tikkurila Oy.

Material Testing Technology LLC has finalized an agreement to sell a majority
stake in the company to Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), a specialized
investment firm focused on middle-market industrial manufacturing and
