Tronox Inc., on behalf of its subsidiary companies, has announced that the price for all TRONOX® titanium dioxide (TiO2) grades sold in Europe will increase by EUR 80 per tonne, effective Aug. 1, 2008, or as contracts allow. Other increases may be announced locally within each region.
WACKER POLYMERS is raising its prices in Europe for AIRFLEX®, VINAC®, FLEXBOND® and FLEXCRYL® dispersions. Effective Sept. 1, 2008, prices for these dispersions will be increased by up to EUR 40 per ton, or as customer contracts allow.

Michelman has announced a 15- to 25-percent price increase on coatings and additives across all product categories in the Americas region, effective July 14, 2008.
