Global specialty chemicals manufacturer Sartomer Co. will increase the price of its acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers 6 to 12 percent in the Americas region, effective July 1, 2008. Increases will vary based on the product line.
Tronox Inc., on behalf of its subsidiary companies, has announced that prices for all TRONOX® titanium dioxide (TiO2) grades sold in the Asia-Pacific region will increase by U.S. $150 per ton, effective July 1, 2008, or as contracts allow. Other increases may be announced locally within the region.
