The company says this development will improve service and support to customers in Southeast Asia, due to a direct connection with Cortec’s headquarters in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Since January 2019, CSEA has been a partner and distribution hub for Cortec products and services in Southeast Asia, serving the markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, and Indonesia.

Victor Salinas will provide sales and technical support to Springer Industrial customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

After completion of closing conditions, KANSAI HELIOS will acquire all business assets of Becker Industrie SAS in the railway coatings segment. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023. Beckers will continue to serve its railway customers in India and China.
