DSM Desotech Inc. announced the construction of a manufacturing facility in China to produce UV-cure materials for the fiber-optic cable market. The manufacturing operation, DSM Desotech Specialty Chemicals (Shanghai) Ltd., is scheduled to begin operation late this year, the company said.
