HALOX, a division of the Hammond Group Inc., has acquired the IRGACOR organic corrosion-inhibitor business from Ciba Specialty Chemicals. Terms were not disclosed.
Leslie P. Trinity and James Natalini have acquired the assets of Agate Lacquer Mfg. Co. Inc., Long Island City, NY, and will operate the business as Agate Lacquer Tri-Nat L.L.C.
