Are Group Rates Available?

In order to qualify for a group discount, you must be a Coatings Formulator or Manufacturer and all participants in the group must be registered at same time. Group discount cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Additional attendees registered at a later date will not qualify for group rate.

Registrants taking advantage of the lowest professional pricing tier must work for a coatings manufacturer, OEM/end user, or other non-supplier company. Although we offer registration to suppliers, distributors and vendors, we strongly suggest you
contact the event sales team to discuss more effective exhibit and sponsorship options that include registrations.
Who Qualifies for the ACADEMIC rate?
The Academic Registration rate is available to students and academic professionals interested in learning about the latest coatings innovations and industry trends. This rate provides access to our full conference, including educational sessions, the exhibit hall and networking functions. A valid academic email (.edu or institutional equivalent) is required. Proof of status may be requested.
If my poster is accepted, do I still need to pay the ACADEMIC rate?
Yes, all poster presenters will still need to pay the academic rate to attend our event.
What Is A 'Short Course'?
Coatings Trends and Technologies offers 4 half-day educational workshops called Short Courses. These short courses will offer an extensive day of interactive learning and are taught by coatings professionals and CTT Summit presenters.
Are Substitutions Allowed?
If you are not able to attend, alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to
bnp@executivevents.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund. No refund or credit of any type will be provided for cancellations received within 30 days of the event. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee by contacting BNP Event Registration Services at
bnp@executivevents.com. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.
