CLEVELAND – The increasingly complex environment of highly regulated companies in the specialty coatings industry is making it more challenging for employers to acquire and retain the talent they need. Executive search firm, Connor | Caitlin Talent Solutions, recently launched to help these organizations develop effective talent acquisition and management strategies. The new firm is led by owner and managing partner Michael Muczyk, who has worked in specialty coatings for more than 20 years. Connor | Caitlin Talent Solutions is an affiliate of MRINetwork, a global executive search and recruitment organization.

Muczyk has led HR teams, including staffing and talent management, for some of the most complex, regulated industry giants in the marketplace. “HR leaders today often miss the true partnership opportunity that exists in not only speaking the language of business but offering the ROI for its leaders in human capital management,” said Muczyk.
