In Europe, n-butylamine, di-n-butylamine, tri-n-butylamine, 2-ethylhexylamine, and di-2-ethylhexylamine will increase +€80/mt. In Asia and the Middle East and Africa, these products will increase +$90/mt.

The company will increase list and off-list prices on propionaldehyde effective immediately or as contracts allow. In Europe, propionaldehyde will increase €100/mt. In the Middle East and Africa, propionaldehyde will increase $110/mt.

Oxea is also increasing the price of intermediates in Europe. Effective June 1, 2015, or as contracts allow, i/n butyl acetate will increase €40/mt, i/n butanol will increase €50/mt, and 2-ethylhexanol will increase €60/mt.

The company also announced in increase for carboxylic acids effective immediately or as contracts allow. In Europe, n-butyric acid and iso-butyric acid will increase €100/mt, and 2-ethylhexanoic acid will increase €130/mt.
