AYER, MA – Creative Materials Inc., Ayer, MA, announced the acquisition of Noelle Industries. Noelle manufactures encapsulants, potting compounds, adhesives and coatings. Its products are specialty-formulated epoxies, urethanes, silicones and UV-curable acrylic materials that are widely used in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, mechanical assembly and other OEM markets. 

Key staff of Noelle will be moving to Creative Materials’ Ayer, MA, facilities, and the companies will combine manufacturing operations. Noelle will continue to serve its customers and offer the same products and services; it will do business as a division of Creative Materials.
