ELLAVILLE, GA - TCI Powder Coatings announced the opening of a new office in Americus, GA. According to Doug Greene, President of TCI Powder Coatings, the new office will function as corporate headquarters for the business and house the administrative, customer service, finance, and information systems departments.

“This addition allows us to accommodate the steady growth of our business,” stated Greene. “In the near future, we will be able to add laboratory and training facilities as well as sample product preparation and light warehousing in the new facility. This is part of a multi-year expansion strategy to improve our capabilities and provide innovative, premium solutions and service to our customers. We are grateful to the Americus-Sumter Payroll Development Authority for the work they have done to make this new facility possible for TCI. Having been a part of this community for 28 years, we are glad to be able to continue to grow here.”

The company anticipates opening the office in February 2016 with approximately 20 employees. Additional functions will be added as growth allows. The facility is expected to accommodate up to 75 full-time employees.
