AkzoNobel Recognized for Sustainability
AMSTERDAM - AkzoNobel's number-one ranking on the 2015 Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) has resulted in the company receiving the award of an Industry Leader, Gold Class distinction for excellent sustainability performance. The recognition also includes a listing in the 2016 Sustainability Yearbook, which features the world's most sustainable companies as determined by their score in RobecoSAM’s annual Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
The latest DJSI ranking was published last September, when AkzoNobel was placed top of its sector for the fourth year in a row.
Published every year since 2004, The Sustainability Yearbook provides snapshots of the main trends, challenges and opportunities that bridge the gap between corporate sustainability and sustainability investing.
