DURHAM, NC - Reichhold has hired Dale MacDonald to fill the newly created role of Vice-President, NA Composites and Coatings. MacDonald will be based at Reichhold’s world headquarters in Durham, NC.

MacDonald is an established general manager with a background in both specialty and commodity products and chemical distribution. His commercial experience spans end-markets including coatings additives, composites, personal care, food, pharmaceutical, nutritional, general industrial and lubricants. MacDonald started his career with Dow Chemical and then joined Ashland Chemical. His most recent role at Ashland was Global Vice President - Channel Management, responsible for distribution across the company’s Specialty Ingredients business.
