TH Hilson Co. Sells to Ravago Chemical
WHEATON, IL – TH Hilson Co., a specialty chemical distributor, announced the sale of the company to Ravago Chemical, a subsidiary of Ravago Holdings America. The business operation will remain as the TH Hilson Co. with no interruption in the supply of products to customers.
TH Hilson and Ravago engaged in this strategic alliance due to a synergy of philosophy. Ravago is a privately held, family owned business with a rich history in polymer distribution, rubber recycling, and manufacturing. The company has expanded its expertise to chemical distribution throughout Europe and into the Middle East and Africa regions. Ravago hopes to build on the backbone of TH Hilson’s reputation and develop a world-class chemical presence in North America.
