Comvest Partners Buys VanDeMark Chemical Inc.
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Comvest Partners announced its investment in VanDeMark Chemical Inc. Headquartered in Lockport, New York, and with a facility in Kazincbarcika, Hungary, VanDeMark is recognized as a leader in the production of specialty phosgene derivatives. VanDeMark provides expertise in the development of custom phosgene chemicals and offers a range of more than 30 chemical compounds primarily used in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, plastics and polymers, and CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers) applications.

Under the terms of the agreement, VanDeMark’s Chief Executive Officer Mike Kucharski, who joined the company in 1983, will continue as CEO, as will the rest of the management team.
