AVON, OH – Stephen Jarvie has joined Advanced Polymer Coatings (APC) as a Marine Coatings Representative, responsible for sales of the MarineLINE^® cargo tank coating system in parts of Europe.

According to James R. DeChant, APC Vice President, Sales & Marketing, “We are very pleased to have Stephen join our organization. He has a strong background with many years of experience in the protective coatings business. He will help solidify our niche position with our European clients in understanding the value of the MarineLINE coating system.”

Prior to joining APC, Jarvie worked for several coatings companies, including most recently at PPG as Key Account Manager, Marine UK, from 2009 to 2016, and at Akzo Nobel (International Paint) as Strategic Key Account Manager, Qatar, from 2016 to 2019.

Jarvie achieved FROSIO Red Certification in 2011 and maintains this status today. FROSIO, based in Oslo, Norway, is an industry organization for qualified and certified personnel who work within the field of corrosion protection and surface treatment.
