BRISTOL, PA – Cardolite Corp. recently celebrated the grand opening of its new corporate headquarters located in Bristol, Pennsylvania. The three-acre complex is the new home for all key business functions including Global Research and Development and Technical Service as well as administrative offices for corporate finance, customer service, regulatory, quality and marketing. Key features include newly constructed, state-of-the-art laboratories and a 30,000-square-foot climate-controlled warehouse.

“We are very excited with the new site. Having all functions based out of this central location will increase communication and collaboration and foster new ideas,” said Cardolite President Timothy Stonis. “The brand new laboratories are fully equipped to give our scientists the tools they need to accelerate product development and properly evaluate product performance in a meaningful way for our customers.”

The new warehouse is fully integrated with Cardolite’s global manufacturing network through a new customized ERP system and will serve as Cardolite’s logistic center for North America. The entire building was designed with the highest safety standards to properly handle all Cardolite products. “By having our own warehouse in the United States, we will have full control of supply chain operations to maintain our high quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction,” Stonis added.

Cardolite’s Bristol headquarters is the world’s largest research and development center focused on derivatives from renewable, non-food chain cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL). Cardolite uses cutting-edge process technology to purify and functionalize CNSL to offer unprecedented, sustainable solutions to the coatings, adhesives, composites, automotive and foam industries. The new facility demonstrates Cardolite’s commitment to innovation in the growing market for high-performance low-carbon-footprint alternatives to petrochemicals.
