GREENSBORO, NC – Sensory Analytics, supplier of the SpecMetrix^® coating thickness and film layer measurement systems, has promoted Robert (Bobby) Greiner to Industry Manager for Films and Flexible Packaging. Greiner previously served as the Technical Sales Manager at the company. In his newly expanded role, Greiner will be responsible for leading domestic and international sales efforts for SpecMetrix systems in the areas of flexible packaging coatings, tapes and adhesives, blown films, extrusion, and other film-related coating markets.

Over the last seven years, Greiner has been the technical liaison with customers in the flexible films market. From his earlier experience in engineering, operations and technical sales management at Sensory, he has helped to expand SpecMetrix system applications and actively supported customers in their efforts to reduce costs and improve coating process control and product quality. Greiner brings over 20 years of product and process development, project management and business development expertise to his new role.
