WESEL, Germany – Dr. Christian Przybyla will become Chairman of the Management Board of ECKART GmbH, based in Hartenstein near Nuremberg, Germany, on March 1, 2021, and will also take over the global management of ECKART, one of the four divisions of the specialty chemicals group ALTANA. He will succeed Dr. Wolfgang Schütt, who is leaving the company at his own request on Feb. 28, 2021 to pursue new challenges outside the ALTANA Group. In his new capacity, Przybyla, the current Chief Technology Officer of the ELANTAS division, will also become a member of ALTANA AG’s Executive Management Team.
