ANDOVER, MA – Innovative Chemical Products (ICP Group) announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Choice Adhesives, a leader in custom adhesive solutions for a variety of industries. The acquisition is expected to close by mid-May.

Choice Adhesives' offering in the professional roofing adhesives market will complement the growing ICP Building Solutions Group (ICP BSG) portfolio, which includes roofing brands like Polyset^® and APOC^®. By broadening its technological capabilities in the roofing space, ICP BSG will have a greater ability to serve professionals everywhere.
