MALMÖ, Sweden — Perstorp Holding AB, the parent company of specialty chemicals company Perstorp, announced its results for the first quarter of 2022. The company reported net sales from continuing operations increased by 54% to SEK 4,408 million (approx. $440 million) compared to the first-quarter 2021 results of SEK 2,865 million (approx. $286 million). The increase consisted of 47% organic growth.

“Q1 was a record quarter for Perstorp in which we accelerated our journey towards becoming the sustainable solutions provider and preferred partner to our customers. In line with our strategic direction, we have further strengthened our positions in our focus segments and started to fully leverage the acquisition of GEO´s DMPA business made at the end of 2021.
