Arxada Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Arxada announced the appointment of Peter Frauenknecht as chief financial officer (CFO). Frauenknecht joins Arxada from specialty chemicals technology company Atotech Group, where he has been CFO since 2017. During his tenure, he oversaw all finance, treasury, and tax operations, as well as external and internal reporting, investor relations, internal audits, the project management office, and IT. Frauenknecht has also held CFO and executive management roles at Constantia Flexibles and OSRAM.
“I am delighted to welcome Peter to the Arxada management team at a time of significant expansion for the company,” said Marc Doyle, chief executive officer of Arxada. “Peter’s experience will be invaluable as we continue to build on our strong foundations, and further grow our business. I would like to thank Jan Kantowsky for his work as interim CFO, and wish him well in his future endeavors.”
Jan Kantowsky, who has served as interim chief financial officer since February 2022, will aid in the transition before returning to global consulting firm AlixPartners.
