Springer Industrial Hires New Technical Sales Representative

Springer Industrial has hired Victor Salinas as a technical sales representative. Salinas will provide sales and technical support to Springer Industrial customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Before joining Springer Industrial, Salinas spent 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, including time as a recruiter. He retired as a master sergeant in 1989. Salinas transitioned to several civilian jobs – working as a recruiter for a technical school, and serving as operations manager for a trucking company. Salinas spent three years installing powder coating equipment, then another 20 as a powder coating sales representative for Cardinal Industrial Coatings.
“Victor’s experience, not only in the powder coating industry but also in recruiting and sales, is going to be important to our customers,” said David Springer, president of Springer Industrial. “He's a great communicator, and he knows this industry inside and out.”
