Palmer Holland’s board of directors has appointed Vincent S. Misiti as chief executive officer. He will assume day-to-day leadership of the company’s operations effective January 16, 2023. Misiti has over 34 years in the chemical industry, most recently having served as vice president in the Life Sciences business unit of Lubrizol Advanced Materials. 

During his 28-year tenure at The Lubrizol Corp., Misiti held several key roles in driving Lubrizol’s growth and success. He led efforts to expand Lubrizol’s strategic vision and played a key role in bringing Lubrizol into new growth markets around the world. Subsequently, he assumed leadership roles in several of these growth businesses, driving the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies that significantly increased revenue and market share. In addition, he worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative new products, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. Throughout his career, Misiti also demonstrated a strong passion for organizational and individual development.
