Protech Group Acquires Caldwell Chemical Coatings
The Protech Group, based in Montreal, Canada, announced the acquisition of the industrial coatings business and assets of Caldwell Chemical Coatings, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
Caldwell Chemical Coatings, a recognized name in liquid industrial coatings, has been delivering specialty products and exceptional service for years. "We are looking forward to joining the Protech family to grow the liquid business together," said Rob Caldwell, principal of Caldwell Chemical Coatings. "We are excited about the products and capabilities that Protech can offer our long-standing customers."
Protech plans to leverage the strong customer relationships Caldwell has built over the years and will continue manufacturing operations in Fayetteville. Existing Caldwell customers will have uninterrupted access to current products and will also benefit from Protech’s global network of products and advanced technologies.
