PPG is set to release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2024 earnings on January 30, after the U.S. stock markets close. The company will also hold a teleconference call the following day at 8 a.m. ET to discuss the results.

In its earnings release, PPG will provide recast financial information for all periods presented. This is to reflect the company’s discontinued operations following the sale of its architectural coatings business in the U.S. and Canada. The sale was completed in December 2024.

PPG’s teleconference call will feature the company’s chairman and CEO, Tim Knavish, as well as its senior vice president and CFO, Vincent Morales. Alex Lopez, PPG’s director of investor relations will also participate in the call.
