Remora announced the appointment of Martin Laudenbach as independent director and chair. Laudenbach, an international business leader with more than 30 years of experience, has held senior leadership roles at BASF and Solvay, working across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. He currently advises investors, boards, and executives on business transformation and sustainable growth strategies.
Remora, a developer of sustainable biofilm prevention technology, said Laudenbach’s expertise in market strategy and innovation will support the company’s expansion across healthcare, paints and coatings, textiles, and other industries.
“I am passionate about working with organizations that take inspiration from nature and have a vision for sustainable growth,” Laudenbach said. “Remora’s technology offers a game-changing solution to harmful biofilms, and I look forward to working with the team to drive commercial success.”
CEO Richard Hammond said Laudenbach’s strategic insight and commitment to sustainability will be instrumental in advancing Remora’s mission and scaling its technology for broader applications.
