Cortec® Corporation announced the hire of Rebecca Guza, Ph.D., as director of innovation and product technologies. In this role, she will lead research and development, compliance and technical services, fostering collaboration across departments to drive cohesive innovation.

Guza brings over 13 years of technical leadership in the chemical and manufacturing industries, holding a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership. Her experience in managing cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and prioritizing customer needs aligns with Cortec’s mission to advance corrosion prevention solutions across industries.
