RPM Declares Quarterly Dividend Amid Long-Term Payout Streak

RPM International Inc. announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.51 per share, payable April 30, 2025, to stockholders of record as of April 17, 2025.
RPM’s most recent dividend increase occurred in October 2024 and marked the company’s 51st consecutive year of increasing its annual dividend. Fewer than 0.5 percent of publicly traded U.S. companies have achieved such a record, according to Dividend Radar. Only 41 other U.S. companies have maintained a longer streak of annual dividend growth.
Over the course of this period, RPM has returned approximately $3.6 billion in cash dividends to stockholders.
