Titan Abrasive Systems Expands to Larger Facility Following Steady Growth

Titan Abrasive Systems announced the relocation of its operations to a new facility at 27 Steam Whistle Drive in Ivyland, Pennsylvania. The new space, which is double the size of its previous location, will support the company’s continued growth and provide room for additional equipment and expanded operations.
From 2020 to 2024, Titan achieved an average year-over-year growth rate of 38%, prompting the need for more manufacturing capacity. The new plant is expected to optimize workflow, improve office and meeting spaces, and accommodate future expansion needs.
“This relocation is a testament to the outstanding growth we’ve experienced,” said Brandon Acker, president of Titan Abrasive Systems. “With the new customers we’ve added over the last few years, as well as increased volume from current customers, this was a perfect opportunity to get into a larger and more modern facility. Ultimately, this move means that we will be able to handle the increased workload without sacrificing delivery time or quality.”
Acker also credited the company’s employees for driving Titan’s success. “Our growth is a direct result of our employees’ hard work. From sales to manufacturing to front-office management, everyone made a significant contribution to our success — and I expect that effort to continue as we begin Titan’s new chapter,” he said.
