RPM International Inc. announced that Edward W. Moore, senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer, will retire by the end of 2024. Tracy D. Crandall has been elected to succeed him as vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer, effective October 4.
Moore joined RPM in 2006 and helped oversee the company’s legal, compliance and internal audit departments as RPM grew from $3 billion to over $7 billion in revenue. He will continue in an advisory role until his retirement.
Crandall joined RPM in 2010 and was elected vice president in 2015. She has since taken on leadership of the company’s compliance and sustainability efforts, including RPM’s global “Building a Better World” initiative. Her previous roles include partner at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP and commercial counsel at GE Lighting.
“We thank Ed for his leadership and dedication, while welcoming Tracy to this role,” said Frank C. Sullivan, RPM chairman and CEO. “We are confident she will continue to drive remarkable legal oversight across RPM.”
