Micro Powders announced a new strategic partnership with Azelis Italy, Agricultural & Environmental Solutions, to distribute its specialty wax additives for agricultural markets across the EMEA region. The exclusive collaboration supports Micro Powders’ expansion into agroscience applications, focusing on sustainable and high-performance solutions.

The company’s biodegradable, 40CFR-compliant additives are designed for use in seed coatings, treatments, fertilizers and adjuvants, with benefits including improved lubricity, enhanced durability, moisture resistance, UV stabilization and anti-caking performance.

“This collaboration aims to leverage the combined expertise of both companies to deliver smart solutions to our agroscience customers,” said John McAllister, vice president of sales, Micro Powders.

To support this expansion, the company appointed Bob Stearns as director of strategic accounts – CASE and agroscience. Stearns, who joined Micro Powders in 2017, most recently served as domestic regional sales manager. He will now lead strategic account development and initiatives in the agricultural market.
