PPG was named one of “Europe’s Best Employers 2025” by the Financial Times. The ranking recognizes companies highly recommended by both their own employees and peers in the same industry sector.

The list was developed by the Financial Times in collaboration with Statista, based on an independent, anonymous survey of European employees at companies with at least 500 employees in the region. Scores reflect personal and public recommendations.

“It’s an honor to be recognized not only by our own employees but also by those working in our industry,” said Rob Massy, PPG senior vice president and chief human resources officer. “We pride ourselves on providing fulfilling work environments for our approximately 45,000 employees worldwide.”
