DELTA Coatings International announced it has broken ground on a new global headquarters and manufacturing plant in Dubai Industrial City. The facility will triple the company’s current production and warehouse capacity, supporting its expanding portfolio of liquid-applied polyurea coatings, linings, and waterproofing solutions.

The site will be partially powered by renewable energy, including a rooftop solar installation, and is scheduled for completion by December 2025. The project includes a new Center of Excellence for R&D focused on next-generation polyurea formulations and a Graco HPCF spray equipment training hub to support applicators across the region.

“Our new global HQ and plant represents a pivotal moment in DELTA Coatings’ evolution,” said Belvin Marx, general manager. “It will empower our teams to innovate and deliver even greater value to clients while supporting our sustainability goals.”

The new facility will feature open-plan workspaces, a customer engagement center, and an electronic stock management system for optimized distribution. It also offers strategic access to markets across the GCC, located near Dubai World Central Airport and Jebel Ali Port.
