Kansai Paint Group has released its 2023–2024 global trend colours, highlighting six key hues that reflect the concept of “Re”—a Latin prefix denoting repetition, renewal, and revitalization. Developed through collaboration among colour experts from Asia and Europe, the palette aligns with global market shifts and consumer demand for sustainability and emotional resonance in design.
The six colours are:
Lull Green – A calm, metallic green symbolizing sustainability and renewal, ideal for electric vehicle applications.
Quantum Yellow – A vibrant yellow-green tone evoking hope and freshness, using pearlescent pigments to convey vitality.
Celadon Green – A muted, nature-inspired shade representing connection to the earth and eco-conscious living.
Petrol Blue – A bold, glossy deep blue expressing youthful energy and self-expression, suited for dynamic design.
Digital Reflection – A light violet with digital undertones, balancing cheerfulness and serenity for tech-influenced lifestyles.
Lavender Blue – A blend of blue and subtle purple that inspires creativity and futuristic aesthetics.
These colours reflect the company’s commitment to supporting automotive, industrial and consumer markets with forward-looking, globally unified colour design.
