Tri-Clamp Mixers Designed for Sealed Industrial Applications
INDCO introduced its Tri-Clamp® Mount Mixers for sealed applications in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing. The sanitary tri-clamp design allows fast, no-tools access to vessels, while the Model TCMG-4-075V provides variable-speed mixing through a 3/4 HP washdown motor. The unit features a 4-inch flange, mechanical seal rated full vacuum to 125 psi and a 5:1 gear reducer. Output speed ranges from 35 to 350 rpm, and wetted parts are constructed of 316 stainless steel with optional electropolished finishes. Designed for flexibility, mixers are available in multiple motor and impeller configurations, offering robust, contamination-free performance across diverse processing environments.
