FrogTape®, a premium painter’s tape brand from Shurtape Technologies, announced new recyclable paperboard packaging for its Multi-Surface and Delicate Surface tapes. Replacing the brand’s familiar plastic containers, the redesigned cartons are made from FSC® Certified paperboard and are curbside recyclable. The change reinforces FrogTape’s sustainability goals, eliminating about 1 million pounds of plastic annually while maintaining protection for the tape’s PaintBlock®-treated edges. The new design preserves FrogTape’s recognizable shelf presence and features the Signature Series badge, uniting the brand’s top-performing lines under a single identity. The updated packaging will begin rolling out in September 2025 with full availability by year-end.
