Gear-Drive IBC Mixers For Viscous, High-Solids Coatings
INDCO introduced the BGCT-series gear-drive IBC bracket mount mixers for heavy viscosity materials and resuspension of settled solids, including traffic paint formulations. Models are offered with air, electric, or variable-speed electric drives from ¾ to 2 hp to deliver high torque. Each unit includes a shaft, folding impellers that pass through 6 in tote openings, and an expandable bracket that clamps to steel tote cages 34 to 48 in wide. A 90-degree right-angle gear reducer provides a low-profile layout. TEFC and TENV versions ship with cord, plug and switch, while explosion-proof models are customer wired. Variable-speed models include a prewired controller. Options such as lifting eyes and a forklift channel simplify handling. Learn more at indco.com.
