Orion S.A. announced that Jonathan “Jon” Puckett will succeed Jeff Glajch as chief financial officer effective Dec. 1, 2025. Puckett brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, including 14 years at Celanese, where he most recently served as vice president and CFO for the Acetyl Chain segment. During his tenure at Celanese, he held several senior financial and corporate roles of increasing responsibility. His previous experience includes financial leadership positions at Affiliated Computer Services, PWC and KPMG.

Glajch announced earlier this year that he plans to retire at the end of 2025. He will remain with Orion through Dec. 31, 2025, and then serve in a consulting capacity during the first quarter of 2026 to support a smooth transition.
