DKSH announced that Thomas Sul has begun a gradual transition into retirement, stepping down from his role as co-head of the business unit Performance Materials, and as a member of the Executive Committee. Natale Capri, who has served as co-head of the business unit for more than ten years, has assumed full responsibility as head of the business unit Performance Materials and remains a member of the Executive Committee.

Sul’s transition will take place as he scales down his activities during the first quarter of 2026. After nearly 30 years with the company, he will continue to contribute in a strategic capacity following his step back from day-to-day responsibilities.

During his tenure, Performance Materials expanded its global footprint, strengthened business development activities, completed multiple acquisitions and doubled operating profit.
