Indorama Ventures Ranked Top 5 in Global ESG Assessment

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited announced it ranked fifth among global chemicals companies in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026.
The company received an ESG score of 82 out of 100 in the 2025 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, improving from a score of 81 the previous year and placing it within the top 10% of assessed chemical companies. More than 409 chemical companies were evaluated, with fewer than 37 qualifying for inclusion in the yearbook.
Indorama Ventures also marked its seventh consecutive inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index and its ninth consecutive inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Emerging Markets Index.
Under its IVL 2.0 strategy, the company continues expanding recycling capacity and scaling circular materials. Indorama Ventures reported recycling more than 157 billion PET bottles globally to date, helping avoid an estimated 3.8 million tons of CO₂ emissions over the product lifecycle and divert approximately 2.8 million tons of plastic waste from landfills and the environment.
“Our ranking among the global Top 5 reflects disciplined execution and a clear commitment to responsible growth,” said Yash Lohia, executive president of petchem at Indorama Ventures. “Sustainability is central to how we allocate capital, innovate, and manage risk. As the industry transitions toward greater circularity and lower carbon intensity, we remain focused on delivering resilient, long-term value for shareholders and stakeholders alike.”
