Grolman Group and DÖRKEN have entered into a distribution agreement covering the United Kingdom, Ireland and France.

The agreement includes DÖRKEN’s portfolio of tinting systems, including biocide-free liquid tinting technologies designed for waterborne and solventborne formulations. These include ECO-W, a preservative-free aqueous tinting system, and ECO-U, a preservative-free universal tinting system intended for a broad range of applications.

The systems are based in part on DÖRKEN’s KF technology, which is also available as a separate component known as the Dörken Stabilization Package (DSP). The company said DSP enables the creation of formulation environments that limit microbial growth without the use of biocides.

Grolman France and DÖRKEN plan to present the technologies at the Eurocoat exhibition in Paris from March 25–27.

DÖRKEN produces its tinting systems in Germany and distributes them globally. Grolman Group distributes specialty chemical ingredients through a network of regional sales offices across Europe, Turkey, North Africa, India and China.
