WYN Polymers announced the startup of a new reactor for water-based polymers, increasing production capacity by approximately 30% to support customers across North America.

The company said the reactor is designed with advanced process control and flexibility, enabling improved consistency and responsiveness in the production of polymer emulsions.

The expansion follows the recent launch of the company’s Center of Technology and is intended to strengthen capabilities in logistics, technical service, product development and inventory management.

“The startup of this new reactor is a key step forward in our growth strategy,” said Jorge Saldana. “It not only expands our capacity, but also enhances our ability to respond quickly and effectively to our customers’ needs.”

The company said the investment supports its focus on supply reliability and scalable growth as demand for water-based polymer systems continues to increase.
