Munson Machinery Co. introduced the GB-35-ARL rotary batch mixer for blending abrasive materials including glass cullet, sand, ceramics, refractories and aggregates. The unit produces uniform mixes in one to three minutes across batch sizes from 5 to 35 cu ft.

The mixer features a rotating drum supported by trunnion rings, eliminating internal shafts, bearings and seals. Mixing flights tumble and fold materials while directing the batch toward a stationary plug gate valve for discharge without segregation.

Hardened steel internal wear surfaces are bolt-secured for replacement. A stationary inlet and outlet allow inline operation with continuous rotation during loading and unloading, reducing cycle times and supporting efficient cleaning.
