RPM International Inc. has announced leadership changes following its shift from four reporting groups to three.
David Dennsteadt has been elected executive vice president. In the role, he will oversee corporate administrative functions including finance, legal, risk management, human resources, manufacturing and operations.
Dennsteadt previously served as group president of RPM’s Performance Coatings Group. He joined Stonhard in 1995 and has held leadership roles including managing director of Stonhard Europe and vice president of the Performance Coatings Group.
Gregory Michael has succeeded Dennsteadt as group president of the expanded Performance Coatings Group. Michael previously served as president of Stonhard.
RPM said the leadership changes are intended to support collaboration and operational efficiency under its new three-group structure.
