Asian Paints Plans Second UAE Paint Manufacturing Facility

Asian Paints Ltd. has announced plans for a second paint manufacturing facility in the United Arab Emirates.
The facility will be developed by Berger Paints Emirates Ltd. Co. LLC, a step-down subsidiary of Asian Paints International Private Ltd., Singapore, which is wholly owned by Asian Paints.
The company said it plans to invest AED 140 million, or approximately ₹340 crore, in the project. The facility will be located in Khalifa Economic Zone in Abu Dhabi and cover approximately 100,000 square meters.
Initial production capacity is planned at 55,800 KL per year.
