Sheboygan Paint Adds New Sandmill to Improve Coatings Production

Sheboygan Paint Company has added new sandmill technology at its Wisconsin operation to strengthen its industrial coatings production capabilities.
The company said the equipment improves grinding capability, supporting finer particle dispersion and more consistent product quality. The sandmill is also designed to reduce power consumption and maintenance requirements.
Sheboygan Paint expects the investment to support more consistent color development, improved dispersion stability and greater flexibility across coating formulations. The company said the equipment will also help reduce batch-cycle times following its integration of Bradley Coatings.
