Induron Protective Coatings announced a plant leadership transition following the retirement of Plant Manager Mike Nelms.
Nelms served as Induron’s plant manager for more than 15 years. During his tenure, the company cited progress in safety, inventory accuracy, ISO 9001 certification and employee training.
Aaron Williams has joined Induron as plant manager. Williams brings experience in plant management and concrete construction to the role.
The transition included a three-month period in which Williams worked alongside Nelms to learn the company’s systems, processes and manufacturing operations.
