Fortech Introduces TechKool FT 3000D for General Machining

Fortech Products introduced TechKool™ FT 3000D, a light- to medium-duty semisynthetic metalworking fluid designed for general machining and grinding operations.
The formulation is intended primarily for ferrous alloys and is also safe for yellow metals. Fortech said the coolant offers rust protection, low foaming and tramp-oil rejection to help reduce misting, smoking and premature coolant spoilage.
TechKool FT 3000D is formulated without chlorine, sulfur or triazine. Its low viscosity is designed to reduce fluid drag-out, while its lubrication and cooling properties support surface finish and tool life.
The company said the product gives machine shops a general-purpose option for machining and grinding applications without requiring multiple coolant products.
