Farrell-Calhoun Marks 120 Years in Paint

Farrell-Calhoun celebrated its 120th anniversary during its 2025 National Sales Meeting and awards dinner.
The company was founded in Memphis in 1905 by John J. Farrell and T. Finley Calhoun. What began as a local paint store developed into a regional paint manufacturer with company stores and dealer relationships across multiple states.
Today, Farrell-Calhoun manufactures architectural and industrial-maintenance paints and coatings from its Memphis headquarters. The company’s anniversary year also included new store openings in Huntsville, Alabama, and Killeen, Texas.
